China's Security Concerns in Nepal

Since the establishment of Nepal-China diplomatic relations in 1955, China, for the first time, sent its Special Envoy to Nepal. China has proposed a new Peace and Friendship Treaty with Nepal.
A big hue and cry was seen in Kathmandu on China's unconventional 'open' diplomatic moves in recent days. Beijing's recent moves have created huge political and academic interpretations in Nepal.
Taking part in a radio talk show, I have analyzed China's major concerns and Beijing's possible future strategies in and from Nepal. The talk show was broadcast live over Gorkha FM on Fagun 16, 2065.
